The Planning for Liveability Toolkit was co-designed with local government partners to provide new practical tools and resources that support the annual review of health, wellbeing and liveability planning in local government. The aim of the Toolkit is to encourage ongoing reflection and learning supported by a suite of tools and resources that strengthen the annual review process of planning for health, focusing on monitoring, evaluation, learning and knowledge sharing.
The Planning for Liveability Toolkit was funded by the Victorian Public Health Promotion Foundation and developed in partnership between the Australian Urban Observatory at RMIT University and the Jesuit Social Services’ Centre for Just Places.
